| Minnesota Prairie Line, Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Twin Cities & Western Railroad based in Glencoe, MN. MPL is the agent/operator of 94 miles of track between Norwood and Hanley Falls, MN, which is owned by the Minnesota Valley Regional Railroad Authority. |
| A fully staffed Customer Service Center at Glencoe is responsible for freight billing and service assistance. MPL/TC&W has a toll-free, customer service number. |

| Trains normally operate five days per week between Norwood and Wood Lake, with service west to Hanley Falls as needed. Additional trains are run during periods of peak demand. |
| MPL has two Caterpillar Generation II (GP20C) locomotives and 175 covered hopper cars. |
